Anyone know what this rash is in my baby (pic)

He has just come out like this all over his body. Should I be worried?

Looks like a allergy rash to me, if it was viral or bacterial I think he’d be feeling poorly as well, also best to get checked out with a gp

My DD has had that a couple of times, after/during an illness so in her case it was a post viral rash. Is he well otherwise?

Thank you for replying, he’s been to the doctor now and he’s pretty sure it’s heat rash so just got to keep an eye on him for a day or two and hopefully it goes away.

Has he just been ill? It looks post-viral to me, mine would get that a day or two after a fever.

It looks like a post viral rash to me too. Gave me a heart attack with DD1 as she was weaning at the time and I thought it was an allergic reaction to the new foods she had.

If memory serves it can come up up to a week later so you won't always make the connection between a brief day or two of the snuffles and an all body rash [but not other symptoms] a week later.
