3 years old spits up after they eat straight after nap?

My toddler vomit whenever he eats dinner straight after nap. He always nap late and then wake up and it’s dinner time. I didn’t realise it first but realised it always happen after nap

Because his brother is at half term and at home and he is not napping during the day ! Why napping late is an issue ?

It's not, but you say he is having dinner when he wakes, so it feels like it's late? Most 3 year olds don't nap, and if they do it's around lunchtime.
