I’m looking for a good all rounder for my dc (we are all vegetarian). I have recently found out that I am deficient in b12 and worried re dc now. I would like to find a decent vitamin which isn’t full of additives or sugars etc? Any recommendations please? Iron and b12 but also just an all rounder really! Thank you.
