FeNo test for asthma, what do these results mean?

Ds5 is 10, nearly 11. His score was 41 but I don't understand what this means. He is fine most of the time but when he gets a cold he gets really wheezy. No other triggers and he didn't have a cold when he had the test done.

That’s an elevated reading and suggests there is inflammation in his airways, possibly due to asthma.

I’d hope he’s being followed up by an asthma nurse or GP and potentially started on a regular inhaler.

It's highly suggestive of asthma.

Being very wheezy when you have a cold is typical of asthma as well, for years it was the only time I had symptoms sadly not the case now
