That s true. Anywhere central-ish is ok, or south east London but not bothered really :) it is just a train ride away.

I would find a local tattoo shop where they will do piercing with good reviews where they will have good tools and training. You don't need to travel far - these places are everywhere

Astrid and Miyu is very good.

I'm sure A&M are good as they use a needle. But their jewellery will be expensive compared to the standard studs a tattoo shop use. Maria Tash also use a needle but again jewellery is expensive. Do you want to spend £20 or £200 for example..I think A&M is cheaper.

I'd still go cheaper as I like the proper piercing jewellery that has room for swelling etc. I would definitely not be getting anything dangly or ornate for a new piercing personally.

I would just look on your local Facebook and find your local piercers and look at reviews. Or find out where your friends or kid’s friends get pierced that isn’t Claires.

I go to the piercer my friends go to.

Good point, I did look at them. Website is a bit high street like, but reputation is good

Metalmorphosis in Soho used to be pretty good. I had a few body piercings there.
