Rash advice on toddler (15 months)

Hi all
Any idea on what this rash looks like? I was wondering if it’s fifth disease but all internet pics show much greater rash spread.
no fever but runny nose and has been unsettled with sleep.
She’s baby two and no other family
members impacted. She attends nursery.
A little more rash has appeared around eyes…
shes not on meds and no changes in diet… she’s been vaccinated around 12 months for chicken pox (one dose). But it doesn’t look like that anyway…
She’s still BF upon waking and after she comes home nursery (5pm-6pm).
any advice very much welcomed!

Looks like bites

Do you have pets, flea bites?

I would use antihistamine cream and see if that helps.

Definitely not fleas. No pets and can’t see how she would have got them. Regularly changing linens and clothes etc…
Sort of wish it was as it would be an easy solve… feel like it could be viral.. but not sure!

In case this is useful for someone else- it’s been diagnosed by pharmacist as hives. Not sure if due to allergy or virus yet… given a toddler safe antihistamine and rash has reduced substantially! 🙌🏻
