Could this be a reaction to the sun protection?

I bought new sun protection for dd3 that you just spray on. We used it in the afternoon and she was fine. About 12 hours later she was awake in the night itching around her neck and ears (where I had used a fair bit).

Would she have reacted sooner if it was the sun protection or is itching 12 hours later likely to be that? Nothing else is different and I’ve never known her to itch like this before. I won’t be using it on her again!!

Very likely. My DS reacts to most sunscreens. Id go back to the brand you used before.

Sounds like it! Toddler DS is extremely allergic to ALL sun cream with exception of the Aldi 50+ children’s sensitive. We’ve had multiple hospital trips when other brands have been used

I’ve just bought this one today for Dd to try.

Sun cream is nasty stuff. I'm no toddler but I've never found one that didn't give me a painful rash. I wear a hat and long sleeves nowadays.
