Does this sound like scarlet fever?

DD is 1.5 yrs, the last couple of days she’s had a bit of a red rash on her upper thighs, upper arms, and lower back (like where an adult would say their love-handles are, best way I can describe it!).
She has no other symptoms at all. Tongue looks normal, nothing on her face, back or torso. She is eating, sleeping and playing fine, does not seem unwell at all.
The rash doesn’t feel particularly sandpaper-y. I can feel little bumps when I run my fingers over it but nothing major.
Normally I wouldn’t think much of it (I have eczema, as does my son, so my first thought was this), but the thing throwing me off is that her nursery have had a couple of cases of scarlet fever recently.
I don’t know whether it’s worth going through 111 and seeing someone this weekend (bit late for a Saturday now, and I don’t even know if they can do anything on a Sunday), or just wait until Monday to go to our normal GP.

Cold symptoms? SF is a complication of strep throat so you would normally have a sore throat and temperature with it. Lots of viruses trigger rashes.

It could be or it could just be a viral rash, get her seen in any case you don't want to mess about with babies and rashes.

She’s got literally nothing else. No temp, nothing. Running around like usual, eating everything, her usual chatty self.
It is only the comment from nursery about scarlet fever that has made me more worried than I’d normally be.
Will definitely be at least taking her to GP on Monday, but wasn’t sure if it was worth ringing 111 if there’s nothing else to say other than she’s got a light rash.

I’d there are no other symptoms I wouldn’t worry about it being Scarlett fever.
