Normal baby poos and spews???

I am a first time mum and my baby is 7 weeks old.

This past few weeks he has been struggling to poo, I have looked into it and seems like he has infant dyschezia. He is very fussy and cries for around 10 minutes before he poos but this only happens at night time? During the day he seems fine and manages to poo normally.

He also spews a lot, is this normal? As I said before I’m a first time mum and I just don’t know what is normal and what I should be concerned about.

The past few days he has had a few poos that are really watery but not every time he poos… I’m not sure if maybe he has an intolerance.

I am breastfeeding and have cut dairy out my diet a few days ago to see if this helps.

My questions are:

What are normal poos for breastfed babies?
Is spewing all the time normal? (Sometimes projectile but not often)
Is crying and fussing before pooing at night time normal?
Should I see a doctor or am I just panicking for nothing…

I should also mention, he is a very happy baby otherwise - putting on weight rapidly, plenty pee nappies, plenty poo nappies, developing well.

TIA!

I'm hardly an expert but it sounds very normal to me. We had piles of muslins all around the house to mop up baby spew, and my DC had great difficulties in pooing for the first few months. We did loads of tummy massages which helped (look up the 'I love U' massage).
The main indicators of health are weight gain and plenty of wet and dirty nappies so sounds like he's doing great.
