Coeliacs and Dairy/Lactose intolerant

Another day another Q, we don’t have an appointment with Gastro for another month and so just wondered if anyone else has observed these symptoms with children and if you would put it down to coeliacs or lactose.
diagnosed 12 weeks ago CD all fine for a couple of weeks going GF, then an absolute storm of infections took us down, left her throughout January so sick so depleted, three weeks of stomach pain with absolutely no help or guidance from GP or in A&E and in the end I cut out dairy as desperate last resort to find anything that might be causing the pain, Two days later no tummy pain. Yay! Also learned about constipation over flow during my middle of the night googling campaigns - with GPs advice, treated her for that and after a week she was buzzing. Still quite wiped out but the change has been significant.
one week back at school and by Friday rosey cheeks once more , tummy ache, thirsty, feeling hot.
we made gf cookies on Wednesday and I added some chocolate drops to them, hardly any, just figured it’s such a small amount (my other children have had CMPA ) past experiments told me a tiny bit would do
little harm, anyway, I think it did cause a bit of tummy pain and flushed cheeks the next day then by Friday afternoon she looked shattered and Saturday accidents and tummy pain once more. can having consumed 6 tiny chocolate drops cause such a reaction? Or is it more likely lactose intolerance because of the coeliacs and her gut just can’t cope?? I can’t imagine it would still be affecting her by the weekend!?my CMPA kids would be over symptoms within a day so it’s just hard work to figure out.
Does it seem more likely to be a response to gluten that’s somehow got to her at school? or The rosy cheeks the hot could it be lactose linked to the coeliacs?
I can’t figure out if the diary has always been a problem and we haven’t seen it ( DD very different to my other two who were grumpy with dairy and bad nappies swollen tummy’s) her symptoms have always only ever been this past year of fatigue pale and getting poorly often. So it’s hard to know if this is something she’s always felt when consuming dairy or if the coeliacs has triggered lactose intolerance. It’s an absolute minefield of figuring and guessing and I’m exhausted from it all. Having not experienced it myself it’s so hard to know how she’s feeling and when and why anyway any other coeliac parents out there whose kids have flare ups with rosy cheeks thirst and feeling hot? And she’s not diabetic all tested and no problems with her bloods.
sorry what a lengthy post!

When you say feeling hot, does she have an actual temperature? If so then it's not going to be CD or lactose causing it, it would be a true infection.

Hi, my son is coeliac-diagnosed at 13. He was deemed to be lactose intolerant at the time too. After about a year, he could tolerate again.

No temp at all, she just says she feels hot
