What are these spots all over my toddler? (Pic)

They appeared Sunday evening (none there in the morning) over DCs upper back as per photo and similar on their front torso.

I assumed chickenpox so we've been at home since Sunday.

DC has had a bit of a high temperature on occasion, I've given 3 doses of Calpol since Sunday when DC is extra grumpy (they aren't ever grumpy unless unwell) and 1/2 teaspoon day and night of Piriteze (cetirizine hydrochloride) because I'd read that would help with itching.

Problem is there hasn't been any itching or change in the spots? So maybe not chickenpox?
Don't seem unwell, appetitive is decreased but eating lots of milk & water and obviously not exercising much as we are trapped in.

Ideally I want them back at nursery and me back at work!

The photo hasn't loaded yet. Has DC had a virus recently, like a cold? There can often be a post viral rash.

Really, you should get some medical advice. GP, pharmacy or use the 111 service (in England).
