To treat or not to treat?

6 months ago my life split to before and after worms. My dd1 was waking up at night and complaining about itchy private parts, I’ve just gave birth to dd2 and as a cherry on a top I noticed I’m infected too. I was overly anxious and ended up drinking huge doses of ovex.

in December everything settled down. But just after the new year we all took precautionary ovex as my kid had a play date with a friend (not from school) at ours who was obsessively scratching their bottom all the time.

So this morning dd1 complained about the itchy bum again. 6 weeks after the latest dose. The thing is it wasn’t itchy right after awakening. It started 1 hour later. So should I treat now or wait?
