7 year old with a lot of different symptoms

It feels like my 7 year old child has been unwell on and off for a year with multiple symptoms and going back and fourth from the doctors with still no real help or answers.
He was diagnosed with Asthma a few years back after being in and out of hospital with his breathing and also has a nut allergy where he has to carry an epi-pen.
He does seem to have a constant dry cough and is constantly snotty where he always has a tissue on him in his pockets. He does seem to be that child that always has cold like symptoms. It was recently highlighted at the doctors that’s he’s very pale and looks like he’s not slept (even though he’d had 11 hours sleep prior). He also gets what I think is night sweats, where he’ll be asleep in shorts and tshirt and be soaking through them and his pillow, to the point where I need to change it as it’s so wet and his hair is soaking (room temperature is fine and doesn’t have a big thick duvet).
In the last 6 months or so he’s started to complain of a bad tummy and headaches that come on very sudden to the point where he is holding his head in pain (the pain is located on his forehead), this is also accompanied by a fever. After given medicine he’ll go lie down in the dark and fall asleep for a few hours. When he wakes he still complains it hurts but doesn’t seem as severe

I just don’t know what to do anymore, I feel like a nuisance at the doctors, am I worrying for no reason and kids get poorly with lots of different things and some more than others and that’s normal. Just don’t feel like somethings right. But also feel like I’m not getting anywhere with the doctors.

That sounds tough OP

Often asthma and nut and environmental allergies go hand in hand. Maybe dust mite/pollen/animal allergy or something making him chronically snotty?

I'd wonder about congestion leading to the headaches? Just a thought. When my (also atopic) son has a head cold he gets headaches from the pressure

I would ask for doc to check iron, calcium, B vit, D vit levels etc, in case of deficiency

Maybe also consider working on gut health with things like probiotics

Has he had a blood test done? That'd be the first thing I'd be asking for.

Thank you for your replies.

He’s not had a blood test recently, only a few years back to confirm his nut allergy. Which I’m assuming on checks for that.

he does have piriton medicine, due to itchy eyes and we do think a bit of hayfever in the summer months, as myself and his Dad both have hayfever.

Is it worth do you think getting bloods done for deficiency?

Ds had similarish symptoms at 9yo along with vomiting regularly and fatigue.
I think the latter two were post-viral, but when they were testing, they found he was majorly allergic to dust mites (and magic cream, but that's slightly by the by).
He might need stronger antihistamines if they do them for his age.

My DC had similar symptoms and turns out he was coeliac. I would ask for a full blood screen to rule anything like that out
