My 17 month baby not pointing not waving but clapping

Hi everyone
my baby 17 months completed coming 3rd of march but he still not pointing and not waving
he only say mama baba but not know meaning
he have toe walk some time ,fingers flicking
he have good eye contact he smile , very happy baby
good sleep, happy with any food any time table
but not responding his name some time but not interested not playing with toys
Iam very worried about he is not copy hand gestures
very poor hand gestures

Can you get a doctor's appointment and also raise this with the health visitor? Were there any concerns at his one year review?

A lot of the things you mention do sound typical of autism (toe walking, finger flicking, not responding to name, not yet talking at 17 months, poor eye contact). Hope you can get him assessed and he gets the support he needs x
