DD2 is 11, reason for blood test- Abdominal pain , pain in arms and legs- ulcer in mouth not healing from few months, weight loss, hair loss.
Checked for Coeliac - all fine.
Liver function tests - all within the ranges.
Urea and electrolytes-all ok
Bone profile- All ok
Serum Vitamin D3 is slightly low 23.1 and normal range starts from 25.
Serum ferritin - ok
B12-724 ng/L normal range 180- 640
Serum folate 3.4 ug/l normal range 3 -20

Googled high B12 level, scared me.I know i shouldnt have googled without seeing Doctor.
F2f appt on wednesday, to discuss blood test results.
Please advise me what other tests i should ask for, Abdominal pain is like cramps not period cramps- by the belly button.

Any reassurances please

B12 needs folate in order to absorbed properly, so when folate is low then B12 can sit unused. You might find once she's on folate supplements, her B12 level will naturally come down
