8 week old loss of appetite and jabs

Hello, since 6 weeks (DS is now 8.5 weeks) little one has been fussy with bottles. Went from happily draining 5oz feeds to it taking over an hour to get 3-5 oz into him and clicking on the bottle. This has continued for 2.5 weeks with no improvement. He had his 8 week jabs 3 days ago and since then has been very gassy and projectile vomited (sometimes through nose!) at least once a day which he wasn’t doing before jabs.
2.5 weeks of being fussy feeding and I’m starting to wonder if there’s something underlying that I should be looking to change or just keep riding it out. Moved from Mam teat 1 to 2. Infacol made gas worse. Doctor confirmed no tongue tie. He’s been on Hipp Organic powder formula since 4.5 weeks so we have tried the ready made Hipp but no improvement over 10 days.
any advice welcome - DH isn’t worried but I’m starting to wonder. Thanks

Firstly did baby have the rotavirus one ? Because that like a tummy bug so may be because of that that baby has been sick, secondly could it be cows milk allergy? My dd had awful nappy rash and bad nappies but I have heard it can make them so uncomfortable and sick too! Have you spoken with a doctor and had baby weighed ? Just some ideas! I hope baby is better soon xxx

Thanks @TheThreeMiracles yes it was the rotavirus one. He has been weighed and has dropped off his curve slightly, Dr didn’t seem fussed but gave us gaviscon which he didn’t need before the jab as was only really posseting. Now it’s full on sick.
I had considered cmpa - need to research which milk would be best to try.
thanks for replying x

@JaneyP02 have a chat with doctor as they can prescribe for you, I had to really fight to get it prescribed for my dd as they were adamant it wasn't cmpa but here we are 7 years later and she is still allergic ! Even if they give you a couple of tubs to try xx

Reflux and /or cmpa would be my guess. My daughter had issues with feeding that started at 1 week just at the 3 am feed around 6-8 weeks it was more feeds and by 10 weeks it was every feed. She was breastfeeding and went to second length feeds. She was desperate to feed but a few sucks and she pulled off and screamed. The reflux and the CMP and other allergies meant that feeding hurt so she fed as little as was necessary.
She needed high dose omperazole as much gaviscon I could get in her and start removing her allergens from my diet to get things to improve
