Flu like symptoms and won't eat

My son is 4. His sister got ill a few days back but it was mainly a temp and lots of sleep and she was fully recovered. My son is
Now ill. He slept most of last night and his fever seems to have finally broke after two days but since yesterday he's barely eaten anything. He's drinking lots of water but refuses to eat saying he'll be sick. He was sick ( a tiny bit like water) since he hasn't really eaten to throw much up I guess but I'm just worried with it being morning of day two of him not eating I'm worried for his health.

Any advice please?

Try a tiny piece of buttered toast. I used to cut the crust off, then cut it into about 6 small pieces. Even if he only eats one, it’s a start.
