Does this sound like reflux in my 2.9 years old toddler.

randomly he comes to me and tell me he chocked and shows his mouth and I can hear him clear his throat. But otherwise healthy and doesn’t stop him from eating etc. does this sound like reflux

Toddlers should be supervised when eating. If you see him choking you perform the heimlich.

If he isn't eating, he can't have choked.

If he is regularly coughing, feels sick or complains of stomach or throat pain, get him checked out.
