Doesn't need to see a GP. You could show it to the pharmacist, but assuming it is just one spot then I agree it looks like ringworm. Put some canasten on it.

Ringworm or eczema. There's a type of eczema that looks like ringworm. A pharmacist should be able to help you they're usually good with rashes. Otherwise try some antifungal cream if that doesn't work in the expected time frame try a cream to treat eczema. Either way not something you need to worry about. If it's itchy you can get topical creams with lidocane.
