Reaction to MMR vaccine — how long will it last?

I’m travelling for work (nurse said this was okay). 15-month old had her vaccines on the 17th December. 2 days ago she developed the very high fever they mention can happen. She now has a very mild rash which doesn’t seem to bother her. We’ve had some incredibly hard nights though. Last night it was her worst night ever — worse than when we had actual flu and other things. She was up all night screaming and unable to fall asleep for very long. Very attached to me at the hip. Just want an idea of how long this might last to mentally prepare myself…

Google says 2-3 days.

Common side effects after MMR
having a small lump where the needle was put in and the area around it might also be slightly hot and red; a raised temperature starting 7 to 11 days after the vaccine is given and lasting 2 to 3 days; a rash, which looks like measles, about 6 -10 days after the injection.

If I remember right we were rough at night for 2 weeks post vaccines so you're almost there! We got the rash and temp too

Wow 2 weeks is quite rough for a baby! Did yours also struggle with sleep? We are exhausted. It’s making the travelling less pleasant too. More tantrums…
