I am worried about juvenile arthritis, what else could it be? The knees also click all the time. For information we have been to doctor a few times and they have said everything is normal but I can’t shake the feeling that it is not.

I'm one of three and we have all have had issues with our joints, sore knees and clicky joints. My little sister has it worse than all of us and she is hyper mobile the other two of us are slightly hyper mobile.

My knees and hips have been so much better since doing pilates.

Do they take fish oil?

No fish oil. That would help do you think?

Hypermobility? I had terrible terrible knee pains growing up. Never left me, in fact.

A blood test will tell you for sure if it is JIA. My yd was diagnosed at about age 8. She first showed symptoms by her knees swelling up like grapefruits which looked huge on her skinny legs.
