Itchy bum 4 days after 3rd dose of ovex

After the shower my dd complained of itchy bum. She had her third (!!!) dose of ovex on Monday. Her first dose was 3 weeks ago, then second 2 weeks ago and third on Monday. What should I do now? How is it even possible she still has threadworms?

I’ve never spotted them on her at night. Even when they woke her up in the middle of the night. After the first dose of ovex I saw a couple of them in her poo though. But never again.
