Just wondering if this looks okay for a 4 month old who is EBF or if it's too loose/diarrhoea? She's very windy and I hear her tummy gurgle, she poos probably 4 times a day and it's really noisy when she does go. It also really smells but I thought BF baby poo wasn't meant to smell much?
She's got no other symptoms other than the poo/wind, no skin issues or anything like that. She is a bit of a moany baby though but that could be anything, not hysterical or collicky just whines a lot between feeds and naps. I just wanted opinions before I go down the route of checking for allergies ect.
