Weird scratches appeared on toddlers legs

Can anyone help explain what this might be? It's driving me and my partner mad, as we have no idea how it could have happened.
Not sure if they are scratches from somewhere or burns.

No we have no pets it's so so strange.
She was at nursery on Thursday but they didn't say anything.
Its hard because I've only noticed it today, so not sure when it happened

If you've only noticed it today, I'd say it must have happened yesterday, overnight or this morning. It's quite big and surely would have been noticed earlier if it had happened at nursery.

What did you do yesterday? Park? Bike ride? Softplay? Swimming? It could have happened anywhere really!

I'd say it's happened on an object. They're perfectly spaced and lined up. A garden tool left out maybe? Anything at toddler level that they could have sat on or scraped past?

Yeah this is what we was thinking, we haven't left the house atall since Thursday evening and she only brought it to our attention today while she was kneeling down, she's too young to tell us just yet how she's done it.
It's such a weird one as its quite raised aswel

Has she by any chance had access to a razor? I left my three year old alone for all of two minutes and she had similar after getting in the bathroom and trying to copy me shaving my legs
