My MIL thinks she saw 2 white pin worms in my ds poop. I’m waiting for him to go again to check! I didn’t know much about them but google has terrified me - especially as having seen pictures I vaguely remember seeing these in my poop as a teenager and I was embarrassed so I never did anything about them and it was 20 years ago now! Will I still have them and will they have caused any long term damage?!

You just need to pop to the pharmacy. They will sell you a pack of tablets for everyone in the family to take. Then wash bed sheets etc.

It's no big deal.

Buy Ovex on Amazon Prime. Treat everyone in house, hot wash all bedding and towels.

Ovex for everyone in the house over 2 years old and then again 2 weeks later. GP for anyone younger than 2. Boil bedding and towels. Fresh pajamas every night. Wear knickers/pants to bed. Wash hands a lot. We've just been through this and coming out the other side thankfully. It's not as gross as I imagined luckily.
