What do you think these spots on my 11yo are?

They’ve been there for a couple of months now and they don’t pop as I’ve already tried that. They’re not painful but dc just started secondary school so is quite self conscious about them.

Can’t remember the name I think limposa maybe. I occasionally get little fat deposits that look like white heads which are similar to these. I break the skin with a clean needle and then gently squeeze it out. I’m sure there is a better way but it’s quick and easy. I get them round my eyes and cheeks
