Breastfed 3 month old baby here and there is some black grit appearing in her poop over last few days. See photo.
Dr google says potentially blood from mums nipples but my nipples appear ok unless there’s a small amount going through without me knowing. Just wanted some opinions if you’ve experienced this before?
I will be calling GP in the morning anyway.
