Pushchair tipped with 5 month old in

My double pushchair tipped over with my 5 month old in. He cried and then I fed him and carried him in the sling and then he fell asleep. He is now awake and seems alert but is vomiting after every feed. No visible bumps and following objects with eyes, should I take him to get checked? I feel awful

I would say trust your instincts and best get him checked if you can get to a&e. They would be happy to see you and check him over dinner rather than later.

That would concern me I think I'd go get him checked x

Omg this happened to my dd about the same age. Still feel guilty about it 5 year later 😅 I took her to a&e in tears. There wasnt a mark on her and they practically laughed me out of there saying babies are made to bounce. But it was worth going for the reassurance. I'd get checked over for peace of mind.

Phone nhs24 and get advice.

If he's vomiting after every meal and didn't use to then they could ask you to bring him in.

I’m pretty sure that he is ok, but took him to the out of hours just incase. They only spoke to me through a buzzer and advised that I take him to the children’s a&e in the next city. So just waiting for the bus now.
