A week ago my 20m old had some little red spots on one of his feet - thought hand foot and mouth (as he has had this before) but then later that day it turned into a more ‘rash’ than spots! A few days later all the skin around his toes have started peeling off. His feet and toes are very sore / painful and everytime i touch them he is really upset! Any idea what this could be?? Apart from this he is absolutely fine in himself!
