Does anyone have any experience of Kawasaki?

The way the doctors have explained it to me, is that my daughter can live a normal life, although she will have to eat well and exercise in order to avoid getting heart disease (Kawasaki is a risk factor for heart disease).

I'm looking to learn about what a normal day or week looks like for someone with Kawasaki disease.

Many thanks x

My son had KD in 2003 when he was two years old. We were told to keep him lean and active, as he is now an adult he has an annual cholesterol test.

He lives a normal life, now lives in London and walks to work rather than getting tube/bus to maintain fitness, so a 40 min brisk walk every working day.
