Rash and fever. Pictures!

Hi all

20 month old has had a fever (38.5 to 39.2) the last 2 days. It comes down with Calpol and Ibuprofen and he is happy, drinking and eating. The fever arrived at the same time as this rash. It is also on his torso. It is blaching so no worries on that side. But what does this looks like? Viral?

I suffer from Health Anxiety.

Looks like it’s viral but if you are worried and suffer from health anxiety get him seen at the doctors at they can put your worries at ease better than anyone on here can.
