2yo DD has developed raised/bumpy patches on her skin, one on her inner arm and one on her back. I can't work out what it could be - any idea? Wondering if I need a Dr appt or not.

Impetigo?

It's not crusty like impetigo just bumpy (though the camera flash has made it look a bit like that I think)

Does impetigo start crusty ? I thought it got crusty over time?

Shingles was my other thought, you should see a pharmacist asap or it could really spread.
