Fine hair on toddlers face?

My little boy is 18 months and his face is covered in a fine fair fuzz. His back too. Is this normal or should I be speaking to dr or HV about something potentially hormonal? His dad is pretty hairy! You can kind of see it in photos but more in sunlight. Thanks in advance ❤️

everyone has this. Men it obviously develops post puberty into beards and body hair, but all women and children have this fine hair.

Hahah yes this makes sense, I guess I feel he has more than his peers but I suppose I’m not looking so closely at their faces! Thank you
