3 year old has a new rash today NO IDEA what it is?

I haven't a clue what this rash is, if it's normal or not. She has no other symptoms either, so I'm assuming it's fine. But want to know if any other mums had their little one come out in a rash similar. (It's on her lower back atm)

That actually looks like a measles rash has she had both doses of her mmr?

I'm not entirely sure I know she had the first dose I've just asked a family member as she's a nurse and did all vaccines for her till recent

Measles is going round atm, however, usually the rash is preceded by sore eyes, runny nose and general signs of being unwell and high temp. If she has had her immunisations, hopefully it is something else. Can you do an online consult with GP and send the photo? Have you checked everywhere including in her mouth? Google pictures of koplik spots.

It looks viral. Measles tends to spread from the face inwards though rather than start on the back/chest.
Has she been unwell?
Is it itchy?

When my DD had slapped cheek it looked a bit like that.

I remember my sister and I getting measles and we both started with a rash on our back and chest and then it spread. Hope it's just heat rash OP!

She's absolutely fine, it seems to have spread a little upwards, she's no other symptoms other than that rash?

My three year old has a virtually identical rash and I'm 99% sure it's slapped cheek virus. It's been doing the rounds at his siblings' schools and other children in nursery have had the same. He's had it a fortnight and gradually the rash is moving across his body, he is well in himself otherwise though.

@UndeadDollx has she had her pre-school boosters yet? When my DD had hers, the nurse said a rash can develop a few weeks afterwards as a response to the measles part of the vaccines.
