Toddler poop - it's a poo point

Hi I'm looking for some parent advice/help, my DD is nearly 3 and her poops are normally a bit like pellets she drinks a lot of water and eats fruit but think lacking in fibre so working on that.
However this morning we got a quite pale mucus like poop. Image attached if you can stomach it.
Anyone else experienced this?.... contemplating GP if it happens again.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Tmi post sorry Blush

I'm not a toddler but am prone to constipation and I get poo like that in between the hard pebble like ones. Assume it's my gut trying to lubricate stuff to get it through.

Dates, apples, leafy greens, kefir, chia seeds and linseeds help me, along with gallons of water.

But it would be worth talking to your doctor about as maybe they could prescribe a stool softener.

Agree with PP.

But also consider if your toddler had eaten a lot of dairy prior to that poop? Could be an intolerance somewhere.
