Chicken pox and 1dose of Nurofen

I have just given my 16 month old who has chicken pox (a lot of spots all over her body) Nurofen because she had a high temperature.
Now I'm panicking because IV just googled it. How many hours until I can relax and know she's ok?

Paediatricians / pharmacists are increasingly walking back from the very cautious advice around NSAID and chickenpox, the chance of a reaction is extremely small especially with a single dose.
