Sorry to post again, I have another thread with the whole story.
the jist of it is, thought we were discharged from the hospital for routine eye tests and went for an appointment at specsavers they took pictures and everything was ok, one weaker eye, which the muscles are weaker which we knew, been wearing for over 3 years now.
Then had a txt from the NHS about another routine test at the hospital so went to that, and they took pictures of the eyes on the machine
noticed a slightly elevated optical nerve, so said we needed to come back 3 months later just to check that it’s just how the eye is or if it’s something else.
The prescription hasn’t changed in a year, no symptoms at all that something is wrong.
has anyone had anything similar where it was just how the child is ‘built’ so to speak.
if they were worried surely they’d ask for a lot more tests to be done before 3 months? Or is this just them making sure before the discharge Happens?
I’ve hardly slept or eaten in over a week and keep breaking down, I’m worrying non stop and trying to stay off Google.
I hope I am over reacting, we have such a long wait for the next check up.
