My dd11 plays football and on Monday got a ball in the face. She immediately had a nose bleed and then a couple more throughout the night. She went to play football today and after 2 minutes was taken off because of a nosebleed. Then the next game the same happened. Should I be concerned?? I'm not sure how serious nose problems are 🤷🏻♀️
