My almost 5 year old fell 1 week ago and hit his teeth and gums really hard. The gums were quite bloody and bruised but are now healing. The 2 front baby teeth are pushed back at the bottom making some of the roots visible. The dentist was hopeful that the teeth would tighten up again. They are still quite loose. Has anyone been through this where the teeth did tighten and how long did it take for this to happen?
