Fussy newborn or CMPA / colic / reflux?

I’m wondering if anyone can help please.
I’m unsure if I have a fussy newborn or CMPA?
She was born via EMCS 10 days late and is now 19 days old. Since birth she has been unsettled after feeds (bottle), crying sometimes to the point she is incosolable. The Drs put this down to colic.
She gulps her bottles down. We use mam bottles with S lanisoh teats and when you take the bottle away to wind her she will often cry for it back, She is taking 4oz every 3-4 hours. Winds well and has put on weight well. Isn’t a sicky baby and doesn’t spit up either.
We started her on kendamil but found it too rich for her so moved to SMA. Spoke with a dietician who said to trial her on SMA lactose free which we are currently doing. Her poos are everyday and formed stool yellow in colour.
On Monday the dr gave us gaviscon to try in case of silent reflux.
Since birth I have noticed a wheeze / congestion to the point we took her to A&E with suspected RSV as we had a few visitors as soon as we were home from hospital.
Have we maybe irritated / upset her stomach using the kendamil and still facing the consequences of this formula? Is it mild CMPA? Or just a newborn getting used to the world? Am I being an OTT first time mum?
She will have some days better than others where she will sleep straight after her bottle and have no episodes of crying.
