Thank you Mumsnet for advice I read only last night about poo problems with a small child . My daughter could have written the OP describing my granddaughter.
Posters were all commenting that her child’s bowel problems might be coeliac disease.
Daughter just seen GP ….again and she asked if blood test from last Autumn checked for Coeliacs…guess what ,it was positive and she is anaemic !!!
She was never informed ..absolutely fucking furious and sad that GD has had humiliation of soiling herself every day and she is now 4.4 years …vent over .
Off to Sainsbury’s now to the gluten free aisle!

Did she get no results at the time or did they miss out that bit?

Oh dear, poor little one. Hopefully you will be able to get her on track now.
I always ask for the print out of blood tests now after being told, on the phone that ‘all the blood tests were normal’ when DD was actually Anaemic and they hadn’t even tested for iron levels (which was their error). Took months and more GP visits before someone spotted the error.
Also, as an aside, DD is also gluten free but we have found that she also struggles with some of the gluten free ready made foods like bread etc. We think it may be something to do with the emulsifiers or other additives in those types of ready made products and she’s actually moved to making pretty much everything from scratch. She’s got really good at making bread, cakes and cookies with gluten free flour. It makes eating out pretty difficult even if there are gluten free options though.

She wasn't given any results and presumed that no news was good news!!She had been back to GP since blood test with the bowel problems .Just feel so angry that the results hadn't been flagged up .
Thanks for advice @Iamtheoneinten .X
