Hey, I have decided that I want to start giving my little one daily vitamins to help with her immunity/health in general, poor thing always seems to have a cold and with recently starting nursery I just figured it’s a good idea 🤗does anyone have any recommendations please?

Is her diet otherwise healthy? If so, you'll be wasting your money.

Vitamin D and iron are the main things toddlers can end up deficient in. There isn't any link between vitamin supplementation and immunity specifically.

It's advised to supplement vitamins A,C and D from 6 months old until age 5 if they are taking less than 500mls of formula per day (more applicable to babies re the formula)

You can get the NHS Healthy Start ones from children's centres very cheaply, or if you don't have one near you then Superdrug also sell them. They're about £4 and tend to be on 3 for 2 so you can get a year's worth for less than £10.

It was/is the NHS recommendation to give children aged under 5 daily vitamin drops of A, C and D (assuming they weren't drinking over a pint of formula each day) and we were given our first bottle of the NHS ones by the health visitor. Our child has just turned 5.

I always used the orange flavoured abidec for mine until they were old enough for the gummies
