Rash on foot of 10 year old

Any ideas on this rash? Could a pharmacist help or should I go straight to GP?

Does it itch?

Could be athlete's foot, or ringworm maybe. Any patches anywhere else? Is it bothering them?

If they're otherwise well I'd see a pharmacist.

When my son had a rash recently it was suspected Hand, Foot and Mouth. Although it turned out to be a winter rash from a week skiing. Are there any mouth ulcers?

It is probably fungal. If you have some canesten around you could try that or go to the pharmacy. I'm not sure whether they have guidelines about recommending treatments for children or not.
