Swollen feet/ankles and blotchy skin?

Hi,
I feel like we are always at the Drs with my poor 2 year old.
Shes just gotten over a bad case of impetigo which cleared with antibiotics then had croup straight after.
She still has a slight cough and cold and now she's woken up with swollen feet/ankles and a blotchy rash.
Any ideas?

I’m in the same situation. My six year old has a hives rash all over their body and face and woke up this morning with swollen feet.
he does get hives after a viral cold and he’s been coughing for a couple of weeks now so I’m assuming it’s that.
his feet aren’t swollen anymore and the hives rash went away during the day today but came back this evening.
How is your daughter?
