Enamel hypoplasia on adult front teeth

My 6yo's adult front teeth have come through and one has a discoloured pit in it in the middle of the tooth. I think it's enamel hypoplasia. I've booked a dentist appt to check her up but I wanted to see if anyone here had experience of it on the front teeth?

I'm not surprised as she had a huge amount of antibiotics in her first 12 weeks of life due to being very sick at birth (as was I) and I also had a complicated pregnancy. She also has CMPA and other allergies (carries epi pens). her calcium levels have been monitored on blood tests and are ok but getting enough calcium in for almost seven years without diary has been hard. She doesn't like drinking plant milk alternatives unless it's chocolate milkshake 👀

Just so worried that it will be an issue for her teeth throughout her life as it's a front tooth too!

Two of my children have the same on their front upper teeth. Both had antibiotics as newborns. I'm afraid their adult teeth came through with the discolouration too. Neither seem bothered by it. I'm not sure what can be done to rectify it.
Hope your dentist can suggest something.

I had this on one of my front teeth and as an adult I had a cap put on to smoothen it out. No problem with it.
