Watery/gunky eyes, sinus issues and excess saliva

I wanted to see if anyone else has had similar with their child and what the outcome was. My DS is 2.5 and has consistently gunky/watery eyes, dribbles a lot and seems to have ongoing sinus issues. It's obviously a lot worse when he has a cold, and as he's getting ill every 4-6 weeks at the moment, we probably only have a few days where his eyes and nose are clear. The dribble is always bad.

At first we thought it was conjunctivitis so he had 2 rounds of drops from the GP but then it kept coming back so we have been referred to a paediatrician who we were seeing in 3 weeks about all the above. Obviously the gunky eyes and dribble are worse when he has a cold, but it hardly ever seems to let up.

The excess dribble has now caused decay around his lower teeth where it pools. There is no other decay anywhere else and we are strict with tooth brushing.

I partly feel the eyes and dribble are side effects of a sinus problem but just wanted to see if anyone else had the same with their child?! Thanks in advance!
