19 month old poop very pale

My toddler hadn't pooped in about 5 days then today he did 4 or 5 in short succession. The first few were solid then progressed to soft. The colour is worrying me as I've never seen it like this before but for some context he had been sick and barely had an appetite so was mainly eating yoghurts, cheese and drinking milk!

My little girl had this once after being ill. It was quite pale and I put it down to what she had been eating whilst being unwell - a very beige diet!!
I would just continue to monitor it x

Dear OP,
As a one off /one day this is probably not too much to worry about but if it continues or goes away and then returns please take your baby to the Dr and ask them to check their liver. Pale stools can be a sign that the liver is not working correctly. I don’t want to scare you and the chances are all is well but if it isn’t early diagnosis and treatment is important. Try not to worry too much, my kids had this a few times and it was from drinking a lot of milk, stopped after a day or two

My DD (age 3) has just had an awful virus, and her poo is currently like this. She is much better in herself though now, so I'm guessing it's just the virus making its way out of her system (literally!).
