What is this in toddlers mouth?

DD 2.5 has had these weird lumps inside her mouth, on the cheek for a little while and I'm not sure what they are. They look grey and are hard. I don't think causing pain?

Also, as I was looking at this I noticed at the back of her gum, it really looks like another tooth is coming through but I don't think they got a third molar until much older!?

Any ideas?

I think it's just where the teeth have rubbed the inside of her cheek a bit

What about the gum at the back where it looks like a tooth is erupting? Any ideas?
