Dd is three and was up in the night on Monday throwing up. She was sick about 7 times. She has a cold and is often sick with the phlegm at night but not usually that much. Barely eating or drinking yesterday. Marginally better today but then I noticed these on her tongue near the back ? Could it be early stage hand foot and mouth? Looks weirdly symmetrical. Seeing GP later
