Worried 10 plus nappies a day!

Just wondering if anyone has ever had similar issue.
7 month old EBF until started weaning at 6 months, taken to weaning well introduced a good variety of foods including allergens like eggs, peanut, cows milk into diet and never had an issue. My diet hasn’t changed and includes dairy, soy, wheat etc.
However last 5 days my baby has pooed at least 10 times per day, sometimes pooping whilst still feeding, anything in her stomach is coming straight out.
No other signs of illness such as fever.

Could it be teeth or can you develop food intolerances when previously had no issues? Nothing new in her diet these past 5 days.
I’m worried she gets dehydrated as everything going in is just coming straight back out and this is now day 5, previous to this she had 1-2 dirty nappies per day at most.

It does sound like a stomach upset - they can take a while to get over especially if it's the first one. I would see GP if it's not gone soon. Plenty of fluids.

@Bobbybobbins thank you, I did wonder but with no other symptoms like fever or vomiting I wasn’t sure.
I will contact the GP if no better.

You can get secondary dairy intolerance following upset stomachs so maybe be careful about giving large amounts of dairy directly for a few days or so.

I would take to GP. Ours told us if diahrroea lasts more than 48 hours they need to be seen.

(Obviously not if it's a known cause and their normal pattern, only if it's unusual for them).
